3.Dental Filling / Direct Filling

  • When dental decay causes permanent damage and creates cavities or holes in your teeth, dental fillings are used to restore and protect them. During the procedure, the dentist carefully removes the decayed tissue and fills the space with a high-quality filling material to rebuild the tooth’s shape, strength, and function.

  • We provide safe, effective direct fillings placed in a single visit, using only the best tooth-colored composite resin and glass ionomer materials. These modern, biocompatible options blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, offering durable and long-lasting results—without the use of traditional silver fillings.

  • Our goal is to deliver restorations that not only protect your teeth but also maintain a beautiful, natural smile.

4. Cosmetic Fillings

  • At Dentor Esthetics, we use high-quality tooth-colored filling materials to restore lost tooth structure while enhancing both function and appearance. This is one of our most common procedures, typically performed after removing tooth decay.

  • Say goodbye to outdated silver fillings—we can even replace your old metal fillings with natural-looking composite restorations. Our cosmetic fillings are expertly matched to the shade and translucency of your teeth, creating seamless, invisible results.

  • Using the latest materials and advanced techniques, we ensure durable, beautiful fillings that protect your teeth and keep your smile flawless and confident.

5. Indirect Tooth Filling Indirect Tooth Fillings

  • Indirect fillings, such as inlays and onlays, are custom-made restorations crafted outside the mouth for precise fit and durability. After preparing your tooth, impressions are taken and the restoration is made in a lab or with advanced CAD/CAM technology. It is then permanently bonded during a second visit.

  • Ideal for larger cavities or damaged teeth, indirect fillings offer superior strength and a natural appearance to protect and restore your smile.

6. Tooth Extraction

It is a procedure that involves the removal of a tooth from the socket in the jawbone. Tooth extraction maybe necessary for a variety of reasons, such as tooth damage, infection, overcrowding or impaction.

The dentist or the oral surgeon will numb the area around the tooth with the local anaesthesia before using special instruments to loosen the tooth from the socket and remove it.

After the extraction the dentist may place gauze on the extraction site to control bleeding and promote clotting.

It is important to follow aftercare instructions to promote healing and prevent complications.

7. Root Canal Therapy

Root canal treatment is needed when the pulp—the soft tissue inside the tooth containing nerves and blood vessels—becomes inflamed or infected due to deep decay, cracks, trauma, or repeated procedures.

You may need an RCT if you experience:
    •    Persistent toothache, especially while biting
    •    Sensitivity to hot or cold that lingers
    •    Swelling or tenderness in the gums
    •    Tooth discoloration
    •    A loose or shifting tooth

During the procedure, the infected pulp is carefully removed, the root canals are cleaned and disinfected, then sealed with a biocompatible material to prevent reinfection. Finally, the tooth is restored with a filling or crown to protect its strength and function.

When to consider Root Canal Therapy?
